Problem
Cooperative lenders reconciled transfers by hand across three ledgers. Settlement lag ran to four days and every dispute arrived with no shared record to check.
What we built
We designed a single posting engine with an append-only journal, a plain-language dispute view, and a reconciliation console operators can read without training.
Outcome
Median settlement fell from four days to under nine seconds, and dispute tickets dropped by roughly two thirds in the first quarter.
