Case
Grid Cutover
Moving a live distribution network to a new control plane without a blackout window.
Problem
The operator ran two control systems in parallel for years because nobody trusted a single cutover night. Engineers carried paper runbooks to every substation.
What we built
We shipped a parallel-run bridge with shadow telemetry, a cutover rehearsal mode, and a runbook that lives beside the switch it describes.
Outcome
The network cut over in eleven staged evenings with zero unplanned outages and no paper runbooks left in the field.
