Who we are
We are the people who take the call when something a business runs on has become too important to leave alone and too embedded to replace outright. That work is unglamorous and it is the work we chose: reading the system as it actually behaves, sitting with the operators who know where it hurts, and changing it in stages they can check. We keep the team small on purpose, so the people who decide are the people who build.
A launch is the middle of the relationship, not the end. We measure ourselves by what happens in the first year of use, so we plan for support from the start and stay reachable long after the handover meeting.
