Problem
Applicants bounced between departments that each kept their own forms. A simple permit could take six weeks and three in-person visits.
What we built
We built a single intake with department routing behind it, plain status language for applicants, and an internal queue that surfaces only what a clerk must decide.
Outcome
Average permit time fell from six weeks to six days, and counter visits dropped to near zero for standard applications.
